Cases Eligible for Return or Exchange

You can request a return or exchange in the following cases:

  • If the size doesn’t fit.
  • If the product has a manufacturing defect.
  • If the product you received is different from what you ordered.
  • If you change your mind within the allowed period.

Return & Exchange Period

You can request a return or exchange within 14 days from the date you receive your order.

Conditions

  • Items must be in their original condition: unused, unwashed, and undamaged.
  • Items must include the original packaging, labels, and tags.
  • Proof of purchase (order number or invoice) is required.
  • Special offers or promotions may have specific conditions, which will apply accordingly.

Shipping Costs

  • If the issue is from our side (defect or wrong item), we cover all shipping costs.
  • If the reason is personal (wrong size or change of mind), the customer bears the shipping costs.

How to Return or Exchange

  • Contact our customer service team via phone or WhatsApp.
  • Provide your order number and a clear description of the issue.
  • We’ll review your request and arrange a courier to pick up the item from your doorstep.
  • Once we receive and inspect the product, we’ll process your refund or send a replacement as requested.

Important Notes

  • We do not accept items that have been used, washed, or damaged.
  • Customized or altered products cannot be returned unless they have a clear defect.
  • Refunds are processed within 7–10 working days after the item is received and inspected.
